Community Wide Passover Food Drive: Until March 20: Purchase extra matzot, grape juice, canned gefilte fish, and matzo ball/soup mix (must be kosher for Passover) and bring to ASKT’s collection box in the ASKT lobby.
 
Selling Chometz and Maos Chittin: Rabbi Levine will be available at davening, (*especially this Sunday morning after davening) and during the week and by appointment to sell your chometz.

Tuesday March 27th - 7:45pm at ASKT - The Gideon Project - a division of
Reservists on Duty *- 5 young IDF soldiers who are coming to Milwaukee to
help defend Israel against 'apartheid week' which will be taking place at
UWM.
The soldiers will be sharing their stories and answering questions in a
panel at ASKT that evening. Come and take a break from Pesach cleaning for
a really stimulating and interesting evening. To learn more about the
organization that is sending the soldiers http://gideon.onduty.org.il/

2018 Annual Event: Tues., May 15, 2018: “RE-AWAKENING ZIONISM” with ARYEH GREEN.  Aryeh Green is part of the Israeli Embassy Speakers Bureau, and formerly a senior advisor to Minister Natan Sharansky.  An expert in Middle East and Regional affairs, media issues, and Israeli history, Aryeh Green is also a brilliant and engaging speaker. The evening will also include honoring ASKT Lifetime Dedication Award Recipients: Dr. Harry & Mrs. Elsie Kanin, Mrs. Phyllis Lensky, and Mr. Yale Tolwin, as well as the presentation of a Young Leadership Award to Dr. Simcha & Mrs. Ariel Singer. Tickets begin at $36 per person, and the program begins at 7:00pm and includes the Dessert Reception to follow.  A special VIP portion of the evening will begin at 6:00pm for those who make a $180 donation or above to the annual event.
