Need A Few Good Men - we are putting together our winter minyan commitment schedule and are looking for men to sign up for individual minyanim - morning or evening, out of the 11 weekly weekday minyanim that we have. Please help the shul keep a timely consistent minyan and help those saying kaddish to have a minyan. Board Game Event - Hillel 8th Grade will be running a Board Game Bonanza, THIS Sunday, November 17th (Packers Bye Week) between 1-4 pm at Bader Hillel Academy. For kids and adults - ages 4 to 104. Games include - Various forms of Risk and Fluxx, Apples to Apples, Ticket to Ride, Pandemic, Catan, Carcasone, Othello, Spot It, Set, Robo Rally, Spinagogue and Jenga. Fun for the whole family! Tree of Life: To honor the memory of Lorraine Cohen, her loving family has donated a beautiful Tree of Life plaque to ASKT. Leaves can be purchased and inscribed to honor a person, recognize a special occasion or to remember a special loved one. Top leaves in brass: donation of $360 Bottom leaves in bronze: $180. If it is not Shabbat or Yom Tov please push the ring doorbell and someone will answer the door. If it is Shabbat or Yom Tov we have a security guard and an usher who will let you in. If it is Shabbat or Yom Tov and no one is present please use the lower level entrance. |
